Both have won National
Gold Medals in the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA).
Mark has earned two associate degrees from Johnson and Wales University
in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. Mark has worked at Sugar
and Spice in Melrose, the Hartwell House in Lexington, Hoff’s Bakery
in Medford and Joe Pace & Son in Saugus.
Michael graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York,
with an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Michael has worked
at Sugar and Spice, in Melrose, the Hartwell House in Lexington, the
Ritz Carlton in Boston and Joe Pace & Son in Saugus. |
